An explanation

If you are expecting to be rostered with a family doctor:

Since we are a new clinic, we are temporarily functioning as a walk-in clinic (call 437 848 0310 to book preferred) while we finalize our official Family Health Group/Organization (FHG/FHO+) designation with the government, which would allow our physicians to become your family doctors.

This means our physicians cannot officially register you as your "family doctor" today.

However, we want you to feel safe making us your medical home right now. In practice, the care you receive will feel exactly the same:

You can see the same doctor, long-term: You are able to book repeatedly with the exact same physician for all your long-term follow-ups and ongoing health needs.
Your care is fully covered: All standard medical visits remain fully covered by OHIP and most private insurances.
Comprehensive records: We maintain your complete medical history here, shared across our medical team. You also have access to our on-site physiotherapy and psychotherapy.

What happens next?

We expect our government designation to be finalized within a few months. When that happens, as long as you are an active patient seeing us for your care, you and our physicians will be able to transition to a family doctor relationship seamlessly.

We are grateful for your patience and support as we complete this transition, allowing us to establish strong roots and provide long-term care to our community.
